Registration Fees

Normal rate:         170 €   until 15 April 2014  (rising to 200 € after deadline)

Students:               80 €   Students must submit via e-mail an official certificate signed by the director/dean of the school of studies confirming their status.


• Entry to all scientific sessions and workshops

• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks

• Welcome reception, visit to field trials in Fiorenzuola and social event  (choir concert at the main hall of the Thermae Palace)

Accompanying Persons:        50 €

Includes: Welcome reception, coffee breaks, visit to field trials, social event.

Additional tours to visit historical sites in the Verdi’s area can be organized on request and are not included in the registration fee.

Accommodation, meals and the Conference dinner are not included in the registration fees. Delegates will be required to book their own accommodation (see the Venue/Accommodation section). The cost of the Conference dinner – 30 €/person – will be paid only by participants not lodged in the Valentini and Primarosa Hotels.

Registration Cancellation: Kindly note that in case of canceling your registration, your fees will be refunded as follows:

•   Until 25 May 2014: 50% of the paid registration fees

•   After 25 May 2014: no refund will be reimbursed

Cancellation must be notified in writing to the secretariat ( All refunds will be made after the meeting for administrative reasons.

The secretariat is pleased to send an official invitation letter upon request. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential attendees raise funds or obtain visas. It is not a commitment on the part of the organizer to provide any financial support.
